Outstanding window
Purpose
Use this window to view a customer's outstanding transactions.
To access this window
On the Modules menu, point to Customer and click Customer History.
This window also automatically displays when you begin a new point of sale transaction.

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

(customer account area) |
The area at the top of this window displays a variety of information regarding the customer.

Balance |
Displays the customer's current outstanding balance. |
Loyalty | Displays the customer's current loyalty balance. |
(transaction/interaction type) | Select a transaction type and click Go to see the customer's history for that type. |

Date |
The date of each outstanding invoice associated with the customer. |
Reference |
The invoice or reference number of each outstanding invoice associated with the customer. |
Description |
The type of each outstanding invoice, such as Lesson or ST Rental. |
Amount |
The amount outstanding on the invoice. |
Item | Description |

Go | Opens a window associated with the selected transaction/interaction type where you can view a history of that type for the selected customer. |
Attach |
Opens the File Attachments window where you can add documents for this customer. Examples of files you may want to associate with a customer are: scanned and signed waivers, copies of licenses and permits, and contracts. You must create a storage folder in Windows Explorer and assign it to the Customer Attachment Storage Folder file on the Work Station window before you can attach files for this customer. A great place to create your folder is in the same location where AIMsi is installed. For example, C:\AIMSI\CustomerAttachments. |
Exit | Closes the window. |
